Background

OrgGamify began as a course project on gamification in the workplace. The challenge was to turn dispersed concepts, frameworks, and evaluation dimensions into material that could be browsed and explained more clearly than a conventional report alone.

Core judgment

Gamification is not simply adding points, badges, and rankings. In a work setting it can affect motivation, autonomy, fairness, collaboration, and pressure. The website therefore presents both operating mechanisms and evaluation questions rather than treating gamification as automatically positive.

My contribution

I organized the research, designed the information architecture, built the website, and prepared the presentation narrative. AI tools supported drafting and implementation, while I reviewed the structure, claims, and final experience.

Completed outcome

The deployed website provides a structured way to explore the topic and served as a course presentation artifact.

Limits and unfinished work

The citation system and some visual details still need a more complete audit. The site communicates research; it does not demonstrate the measured effect of a gamified workplace intervention.
